Day 2

Breakfast: yogurt, cup of water
Snack: 1/4 cup of cashews
Lunch: Charley's steak sub w/ fries and a cup of water
Snack: String cheese, cup of grapes
Dinner: pepperoni pizza, cup of juice

Workout: 10 minute stretches, 10 minute yoga

I'm ashamed of myself. I let temptation get the best of me and had Charley's steak sub and pizza. I hope I can do this ... :(
