Goodness, I forgot to post my saved entry, I was so out of it. I felt so lazy. And then I couldn't sleep last night since I didn't do any yoga before bedtime. I noticed that I sleep so much more comfortably after doing some yoga, and I can feel my body sinking into the uncomfortable bed, which makes it relaxing because my body is relaxed.
So yoga before bedtime every night, so I can get a good nights rest!
