Breakfast: nothing.
Snack: cup of water, half of oatmeal creme pie
Lunch: Tuna sandwich, baked chips
Snack: cup of water
Dinner: scrambled eggs & slice of whole wheat bread w/ butter
Workout: 10 minute stretches, 30 minute yoga
Today was a rather slow and long day for me.
