Breakfast: 10 animal crackers, cup of water
Snack: none
Lunch: Philly cheese steak & fries, cup of water
Snack: cashews, grapes, cup of water
Dinner: 1/4 cup rice, bratwurst, green beans
Workout: 10 minute power-walk, 10 minute stretches, 15 minute yoga
I'm giving up on the whole "veggie & fruits only" diet. I'm eating differently though, it use to be large plates of this and that, and I use to stuff everything in my mouth so fast. I learned to eat slowly, and drink a cup of water afterward, rather then drinking while eating at the same time. I can't give up my meat! I need meat, and some rice. So the whole detox yoga diet isn't for me, but I like the yoga workout. Anyways, early morning tomorrow. So good night.
