Day 3

Breakfast: Banana
Snack: none
Lunch: Grilled Chicken and Avocado Napoleon (w/out the avocado), cup of water
Snack: cashews, grapes, and banana
Dinner: nothing

Workout: 10 minute stretches, 30 minute yoga

Had a crazy workout today, I was sweating more then I did the other two days. But it felt great!
