Day 7

Breakfast: nothing
Snack: nothing
Lunch: Chicken Wrap
Snack: cup of water
Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich, cup of juice

Workout: 10 minute stretches, 30 minute yoga

Tomorrows the day I find out the results. Lets hope it turns out with good news! :)
